Notes

For an elevated Ambrosia Salad, consider using full-fat Greek yogurt instead of sour cream for a tangier, richer profile and added probiotics. Lightly toast the flaked coconut to bring out its natural sweetness and add a delicate crunch, enhancing the overall texture. For a vibrant presentation, garnish with fresh mint leaves or a few maraschino cherries. Ensure all canned fruits are thoroughly drained to prevent a watery salad. Chilling the salad for at least 30 minutes allows the flavors to meld beautifully, delivering a more harmonious taste. A pinch of vanilla extract can also deepen the flavor.
