Method
 

  1. Wash the pear thoroughly.
  2. Using a paring knife, carefully slice the pear into desired pieces, removing the core.
  3. Measure ¼ cup of low-fat cottage cheese and place it into a serving bowl.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of pepitas to the bowl, alongside the cottage cheese.
